Beginning to enroll your child has never been easier with our online registration. Just follow the steps below to begin the enrollment process. Students residing within the boundaries of the Port Huron Schools may enroll at any time. If you live outside PHS boundaries, please check the information below to apply for our Schools of Choice program. If you encounter any problems or have questions, please do not hesitate to contact an Enrollment Clerk at (810) 984-3101 or by emailing enrollment@phasd.us.

Steps to Register Your Child

1. Begin the online registration process using our Enrollment Form.

2. After submitting the Enrollment Form, you will be contacted by an Enrollment Clerk and offered three options to complete your registration:
     *Complete the registration process from your home by using our online Skyward student information system. You will be provided a login and password. (You will still need to provide required residency documents in person)
     *Complete all documents by using the fillable PDF files on this page below, print them at home and then bring them to an Enrollment Clerk to complete registration.
     *Arrange a time that would work for you to come in and complete the registration forms in person with an Enrollment Clerk.

3. Bring in the required residency documents to complete the enrollment process. 

4. If you choose to make an appointment with an Enrollment Clerk, our staff will help you set a date to visit the school your child will be attending should you wish to tour the building and meet with a teacher, principal or counselor.

*Two Proofs of Residency
(Proof of Residency examples include: utility bills, mortgage statement, rental agreement, city income tax, etc. The document must show the address where the child lives)
