Announcements for 11/11/2022
Today Make a Difference Club handed out cards with words of encouragement for World Kindness Day. Keep the card, put your name on it, and commit an act of kindness in order to go out for a lunchtime celebration in front of the school during your lunch period. You will need to have your card given to you by someone in MAD club in order to attend the event. There will be games, music, and raffles at this world kindness celebration.
Still looking for that coat, hoodie or water bottle? Please stop by the Lost and Found table in the cafeteria. Any lost and found items not claimed by Tuesday, November 22nd will be donated to charity over Thanksgiving Break.
Wednesday, November 16th Women's Wellness through Weight lifting will be having their first workout of the year, from 2:45 to 3:30 in the PHN weight room. The goal of the club is to provide a stress free, non intimidating environment to learn about weight training and other healthy living techniques. Promoting confidence and body positivity, the club will be a fun and relaxed environment! Hosted every Wednesday in the PHN weight room! Bring workout clothes and athletic shoes. Contact Mrs. Cruciano or McKenna Kiteley if you have any questions. We hope to see you there!
The Academic Awards Assembly will take place on Monday, November 14th. The entire student body attends this assembly. The award ceremony honors sophomores, juniors, and seniors that have maintained a 3.5 or better cumulative grade point average.
This is a very formal assembly and the appropriate behavior that you have continued to demonstrate every year is expected. Food, backpacks, and coats are not allowed into this assembly. The assembly will take place first thing on Monday morning. Students will report to 1st hour, as usual, and classrooms will be dismissed over the PA to proceed to the gym. After the assembly students will return to their first hour and follow a shortened schedule. Thank you for your cooperation.
AM Tech Students
If you are interested in staying for the Assembly, you will need to sign up in the attendance office no later than 2:30 Friday, November 11th. ONLY those students that signed up will be allowed to stay for the assembly.

If you'd like to feature your student in the "Baby Picture" spread of our 2022-2023 yearbook, the deadline to get baby pictures in for that feature is Friday, December 16th, 2022.
